October 14th 2017 was the day Marc and Mel finally tied the knot at Stonehouse Court Hotel. It sure was a lovely day with friends and family coming together to celebrate their marriage.
Mel got ready for the day ahead with her bridesmaids at Stonehouse Court Hotel, it was a lovely calm morning as the girls sipped a glass of bubbles while having their hair and make-up beautifully styled. Once their hair and make-up was finished it was time for the girls to get dressed and for Mel's Dad to see his daughter for the first time in her wedding dress. Marc was busy greeting guests as they arrived and soon after it was time for the ceremony to begin.
The weather played ball which meant Marc and Mel could have the outdoor ceremony they wanted, with guests seated and Marc in place it was time for Mel to make her entrance. Mel had the biggest smile on her face as she walked down the aisle with her dad by her side. The ceremony was lovely and included two readings, one from Mel's brother and the other by a close friend. Poppy Marc's daughter had the big job of looking after the wedding rings and soon jumped up when it was time for the giving and receiving of the rings. Confetti showered over the newlyweds as they walked up the aisle as the new Mr and Mrs Lester!
Chatter and laughter filled the air while guests mingled in the house and gardens. Once the formal photos had finished guests headed inside for speeches and the wedding breakfast.
Speeches were brilliant and included a slideshow from the Groom and a song from the Grooms brother Darren, Head over to our facebook page to view a video filmed by one of the guests at the wedding. It was such a heart felt speech and one i will remember for a long time♥
The evening celebrations started with Marc and Mel taking to the dance floor for their first dance, soon after the first dance, the dance floor was crazy busy and there even was a few dance offs!
Congratulations Marc and Mel! We wish you all the happiness for the future, it was such a lovely day to photograph and be a part of.
