Do we need a consultation?
It’s not necessary but we highly recommend it! We actually think it’s very important to meet us before booking as you are booking us to be a part of one of the biggest days of your life and we want you to feel comfortable, relaxed and happy throughout the day and with us.
Do we meet both photographers?
Yes of course we will meet you personally to discuss your wedding day
Do you have any sample albums?
We have a great selection of sample albums available for you to take a look at. All of our sample albums are of complete weddings.
Can we purchase albums?
We have a beautiful range of albums available to choose from, you can select which photos you would like to be used and we will create the album for you. A proof album is made viewable and changeable before going to print. Parent albums are also available.
Are you insured?
We have both indemnity and public liability insurance.
Do you have a limit to travelling?
No but we may charge a fee of 45p a mile after a radius of approximately 40 miles from Cirencester.
Do you visit the venue beforehand?
We have photographed weddings at lots of different venues but where possible we like to visit new venues beforehand to look around and check out photo opportunities.
What if i have special requests?
Every wedding is different, so we are open to special requests. We do have a chat with you prior to the wedding about any formal grgroup shots and of course we catch the classic moments throughout the day.
How do i book and do we pay a booking fee?
We have a booking form and contract to be signed by both of you and Capture Every Moment. A £300 booking fee is required to reserve and confirm your wedding date.
How do we get to view the photos after the wedding?
You can have your own password protected gallery on our website, so not only you can view but friends and family can view your wedding photo’s too.
Why should i hire a professional, my uncle bob has a great camera he could do it?
Would you let uncle bob cut your hair? After the wedding is over the photographs are the only things that last other than the memories. As a professional photographer we have experience and will be at ease throughout the day, we will also have the equipment to produce good quality photographs.
