Cat and Tamsin were married September 2021 at the beautiful Ardington House. Ardington House is a beautiful georgian house in South Oxfordshire, not only is the house stunning but the gardens are too, a beautiful location for a wedding day.
We arrived at Ardington House nice and early for Bridal preparations, both Cat and Tamsin were getting ready at the house but at different ends! Carissa spent the morning photographing Cat while Paul photographed Tamsin. It was a lovely morning for all, a relaxed and happy atmosphere. Once Cat and Tamsin were ready they made their entrance down the beautiful staircase and got to see each other for the first time, after some admiring of each others dresses, a kiss and a cuddle it was time for them to make their way to the ceremony.
The ceremony took place outside by the river, it look stunning the house as a backdrop, the river and all the autumn colours on the trees surrounding them. Tamsin walked down the aisle first with her dad by herside, Cat then followed with her Dad. The ceremony was lovely with friends and family looking on as they Brides said their wedding vows to each other. An Owl delivered the rings to Tamsin – very fitting for fans of Birds of Prey. The ceremony included a handfasting ceremony too. The newlyweds celebrated with a kiss.
The confetti showered over the newlyweds before the canapes and glasses of fizz were served on the lawn. A magician wowed the guests with many different tricks and a Bird of Prey display was on show for the guests to enjoy. While friends and family enjoyed a drink or two, the newlyweds went for a little walk for photos.
The wedding breakfast looked simply gorgeous and the cake took pride of place next to the top table. The speeches were wonderful and full of lots of happy emotions. Once everybody had finished enjoying their yummy pudding the singing waiters made an appearance and before we knew it everybody was up on their feet singing and dancing – lots of fun!
Evening celebrations started with Cat and Tamsin taking to the the dancefloor for their first dance as Mrs and Mrs! Congratulations we wish you both all the love and happiness in the world.
